Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we always do our best to prepare your order as quickly as possible.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package at every stage.

Shipping Times

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:

• USA & Canada: 5–12 business days
• Europe: 7–15 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
• Rest of the world: 10–25 business days

Please note: These timeframes are estimates. International deliveries may be affected by customs inspections, local postal delays, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your address and order size.

These costs are the responsibility of the customer, as every country has its own regulations.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
Moving-Wave is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately — we will try to update it before shipping.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us.
We will investigate the issue with the carrier and do our best to help you locate or resolve the problem.

However, once the package is handed to the carrier, shipping delays are outside of our control.

Tracking Information

Most orders come with full tracking, allowing you to follow your shipment from dispatch to delivery.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after your package leaves our facility.

Shipping Restrictions

Some regions may be unavailable for delivery due to carrier limitations or local regulations.
